Cindy is an amazing and super hospitable travel agent! I came with a smaller budget than most, having been in the country for a few months before deciding to tour,... read more and yet she found ways to get me to what I wanted to see within my budget and tailored the plan however I liked, but also providing extremely useful suggestions for what to do in various parts of the country - she knows about everything!!!
The best part is, she checked in with me along the way making sure I got on all the transports, and advising me when there were issues (such as flooded roads which may require an alternate travel plan) and whenever I had issues she was always super responsive and helping to deal with them quickly and efficiently. Glad to say I had such a worry free trip and such enjoyable experiences - I knew I was in good hands!!
She helped me plan a trip to Tortuguero, Arenal, Monteverde, Corcovado and gave advice on so much more. And she donates funds from travellers to conservation organizations - how much better can you get!
